This website is owned and operated by Avanivan, a Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise (MSME) registered under the Udyam scheme, Government of India, having its registered office at Plot No. 72/2, Subash Nagar Colony, Kushaiguda, Hyderabad 500062, Medchal Malkajgiri District, Telangana, India (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-TS-30-0015893, FSSAI Licence No. 23626440000022). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Avanivan, and “you” means the person using the service.

• •You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
• •You must provide accurate registration details, including a valid mobile number and a complete delivery address within our service area.
• •You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
• •New registrations may require approval before the account becomes active.
• •We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these terms.

• •All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. The price payable is the price shown at the time the delivery is completed.
• •We sell fresh farm produce. Natural variation in colour, size, texture, cream content and appearance is normal and is not a defect.
• •Product availability depends on daily farm output and seasonality. We may limit quantities or decline to fulfil an item that is unavailable.
• •We may revise prices from time to time. Revised prices apply to deliveries made after the change; we will give reasonable notice to subscription customers.

Our service operates on a prepaid wallet model:

• •You add funds to your Avanivan wallet through the payment options offered on the website.
• •Your wallet is debited only when a delivery is actually completed. A delivery you skip, or an item that is not delivered, is not charged.
• •For a multi-item delivery, only the items actually delivered are charged.
• •If your wallet balance is insufficient to cover an upcoming scheduled delivery, that subscription may be paused automatically until you top up.
• •Your wallet is a stored value for purchasing our products. It does not earn interest and is not a deposit, banking or investment product.

Your right to skip or cancel a delivery or a subscription, and the applicable cut-off, is set out in our Cancellation Policy. Refund eligibility and timelines are set out in our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

• •Keep your delivery address, contact number and any access instructions accurate and up to date.
• •Ensure someone can receive the delivery, or provide a safe place where it may be left.
• •Refrigerate perishable items such as milk, curd and paneer promptly on receipt. We are not responsible for spoilage after a successful delivery.
• •Do not resell our products without our written consent.
• •Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation or security.

The Avanivan name and logo, and all content on this website — including text, graphics, photographs, layout and software — are the property of Avanivan or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any part of it without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order, delivery or use of this website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific delivery giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, flooding, natural disaster, epidemic, strike, civil unrest, government restriction, failure of utilities, or disruption to transport or livestock health.

We may modify the service or these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page with its “last updated” date. Your continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
